Icecave of Werfen or Mountain Dachstein - A Tour with

This tour is an unique experience in the Austrian Alps. With good shoes we will visit the World of Ice in Werfen or the Ice Caves of Mountain Dachstein. During a halfday tour we drive along the river Salzach into the district called Tennengau to the village of Werfen. Inbetween to walks of 15 minutes each, we will have a ride with a cablecar up to the mountain house called Ödl. During a fullday tour we can visit the caves at the Region Dachstein. This drive takes us through the lake district called Salzkammergut to Obertraun at lake Hallstatt. Even here there is a cablecar ride and a walk of 15 minutes to the entrance of the cave. Important is to take with you good shoes and a Jacket. The stay inside the cave is more than one hour. Entrance-fee/Cave and Cablecar is not included in the tourprice.
